Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Insuora (insuora.com) provides free insurance cost calculators. We are not an insurance broker, agent or adviser. We do not sell insurance products.

2. What data we collect

Calculator inputs — all calculator inputs (income, age, coverage selections, etc.) are processed entirely in your browser. No calculation data is ever sent to our servers or stored by us.

Analytics — we use Ahrefs Analytics, a privacy-first analytics service. Ahrefs Analytics does not use cookies, does not fingerprint individual users, and does not collect personally identifiable information. It records only anonymised page-view data (page URL, referrer, approximate country, browser type). No IP addresses are stored.

Server logs — our web server may retain standard access logs (IP address, request path, timestamp) for up to 30 days for security and abuse-prevention purposes only.

3. Cookies

Insuora does not set any first-party cookies. Ahrefs Analytics is cookieless. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

4. How we use data

Anonymised analytics data is used solely to understand which calculators are most useful and to improve the site. We do not profile individual users. We do not sell or share data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Third-party services

Ahrefs Analytics — anonymised analytics. See ahrefs.com/privacy.

Google Fonts — fonts are loaded from Google's CDN. See Google Privacy Policy.

6. Your rights

Because we do not collect personal data about you as an individual, most data subject rights (access, rectification, erasure) do not apply in practice. If you have concerns about server log data, contact us and we will address them promptly.

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), UK or Switzerland, you have rights under the GDPR / UK GDPR including the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

7. Data retention

Server logs: up to 30 days. Anonymised analytics: aggregated indefinitely, but not linked to individuals.
